How-To: Art-in-Nature
Materials:
- Natural/organic resources
- Optional: Paper and Glue
Steps:
- Go outside: start by heading out to a natural space! (ex. backyard, park, beach, etc)
- Gather materials: collect natural objects! (ex. leaves, twigs, rocks, flowers, shells, etc.) Find things that are appealing to you.
- Create a visual representation of your environment, or create a nature collage by gluing your materials onto a surface (ex. paper, park table, ground, etc).
Reflection: This activity allows you to connect with the environment around you, and be more mindful about the organic materials that are often disregarded.
